Main focus has always been Residential. However, has sold Land and Lots in both Florida and Ohio.

From the beginning of our relationship, I am responsible for educating you on the buying or selling process. To be succeessful, I partner with other professionals (other agents, lenders, inspectors, repair persons, etc.) while being your full time advocate as I negotiate on your behalf.

- Other: My leisure time is filled with reading, cooking and listening to music. Music preferences include blues, traditional jazz, outlaw country and island music. My reading preferences include personal growh, drama and autobiographies.
I have always supported my community through participation. It all started with the Jaycees and Kiwanis in multiple states. I currently support the City of Beavercreek as a volunteer on the Environmental Advisory Committee.
